All services offered—such as training sessions, workshops, grooming programs, and consultations—are offline, in-person services delivered at designated venues or agreed locations. Your online payment acts as a booking confirmation and guarantees your slot in the scheduled session.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Client cancellations or change of plans

  • No-shows or late arrivals

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

3. Rescheduling Policy

While refunds are not offered, clients may request a rescheduling under the following conditions:

  • Availability allows for an alternate date

  • Rescheduling approval is at the discretion of FRIMER MODELS

  • An alternative session date will be offered

  • No refunds will be issued
